Crisis Communication: A Leximancer Analysis of Emergency Management
Researchers in the US and Taiwan have just published an article exploring social media communication employed by emergency organisations before, during, and after Hurricane Harvey. This paper is an exciting new approach to visualising communications during an emergency, and also analyses the various strategies pursued by different information sources and agencies.
